In 2014, it formally signed a contract with Dongguan Technician College to build a "learning factory". Six majors including Mechatronics, CNC Machining, Mechanical Product Design, Mould Design and Manufacturing, Automobile Mechatronics, and Modern Logistics were opened.

Through cooperation, Dongguan Technician College has introduced advanced vocational education concepts and conformed to international vocational standards, and has embarked on a road of localized high-skilled personnel training featuring "skills + education + international vocational qualification certificates". Yin Weimin, Vice Minister of the Organization Department and Minister of Human Resources and Social Security, personally inspected the Sino-German education situation of Dongguan Technician College and gave high recognition. Vice Minister Tang Tao of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security also visited Dongguan Technician at the 15th China International Talent Exchange Conference At the exhibition, the project received more than 200 visits from home and abroad each year, which is a well-deserved benchmark for vocational education.
