On July 12, 2019, the German dual vocational education concept localization training organized by Tiankun International Education Group and undertaken by Suzhou Yibei Education Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully concluded. Five days of training, combining theory with practice, in-depth analysis and deduction by the trainer using actual typical cases in lecture courses, combined with experiential enterprise visits, learning in practice, and fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of participating teachers, from Tiankun International Education Group The backbone teachers of the mechanical and electrical majors of the four directly affiliated schools have gained a lot from the 5-day systematic training and returned with a rewarding experience.

The training officially started on July 8. Wang Ke, general manager of Tiankun Yibei Education, attended the opening ceremony and extended a warm welcome to the teachers. On the same day, a senior Sino-German vocational education project expert gave a rich lecture on the German vocational education system, dual vocational education model, German action-oriented pedagogy, and learning fields. During the lecture, the teachers listened carefully and actively communicated with the trainers on the problems they encountered in the practice of vocational education.

On the second day of the training, Huang Yujie, a mechatronics expert trainer from Tiankun Yibei Education, further explained the dual system professional curriculum development ideas for the participating teachers, combined with the actual operation of Tiankun Yibei Education’s existing Sino-German projects, and vivid image Interpretation of the talent training plan for mechatronics technology professionals under the Yibei dual system concept, and in-depth discussion of the ideas, methods and case analysis of curriculum development in the learning field. During the training, the teachers were highly engaged and actively interacted.

Three days after the training, we came to the CNC equipment division of the listed company Neway Group for field investigation and study. On July 10th, Lu Yang, the head of the Neway Training Center, led Mr. Shen Pei to inspect the whole factory. The teachers thoroughly investigated the actual production requirements of the enterprise and key positions in the mechatronics profession, and after the inspection, they extracted typical tasks.

On July 11, Wang Gong, the chief engineer of Neway Electric's R&D department, explained the basic knowledge of CNC machine tools and PLC control to Mr. Shen Pei, and instructed the teachers to perform simulation exercises on the basic functions of the machine on the training console. Mr. Qi, Director of Neway School-enterprise Cooperation, explained the relevant knowledge of the skill competition to the participating teachers, and the teachers benefited a lot.

On July 12th, based on the previous theoretical lectures and the practical content of the enterprise inspection, Huang Yujie, the mechatronics expert trainer of Tiankun Yibei Education, explained to the participating teachers how to implement the teaching of mechatronics under the German dual teaching concept.
