Job responsibilities

1. Be able to formulate training programs and teaching plans for the major according to the actual situation of the project; 

2. According to the company's education and teaching standards, go to the cooperative colleges and institutions to implement mechatronics professional theory and practical training courses; 

3. Instruct students to participate in skill level assessment and skill competitions at all levels;

4. Organize and implement training of trainer’s qualification for college teachers and trainers;

5. Other tasks assigned by superiors. 

Job requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above with professional background in mechatronics and automation engineering;

2. Experience in production and debugging of mechatronics equipment and automation products is preferred;

3. Have knowledge of control principles such as frequency conversion and servo drive and practical application experience;

4. Be able to use programming software such as Siemens TIA Portal, step7 and work with programming applications such as Siemens series PLC and HMI; 

5. Have knowledge of hydraulics/pneumatics, and be able to read and understand hydraulics/pneumatics drawings;

6. Familiar with drawing software such as Auto CAD and ePLAN;

7. Have strong learning ability and self-management ability; be willing to learn new knowledge;

8. Strong hands-on practical skills and language expression skills, teaching experience is preferred; 

9. Have a strong sense of teamwork responsibility;

Job responsibilities

1. Interpretation with foreign teachers in class; 

2. Written translation of teaching materials and company materials; 

3. Interpretation for summer and winter camps; 

4. Translation assignment, such as training of trainer’s qualification, job training for employees of other companies, translation assistance for cooperative projects, etc.;

5. Responsible for communication between foreign teachers and Chinese teachers, students and school leaders.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above; 

2. Excellent German oral and written translation ability, with more than 1 year of full-time translation experience; 

3. Graduates who major in German must pass PGH or get 16 points or more in DAF; 

4. Good communication and coordination skills and overall control ability; 

5. Background of mechatronics, numerical control and automobile industries is preferred; 

6. Overseas study or work experience is preferred; 

7. Work location: Suzhou (business trip).
