With the support of Chongqing Yongchuan District Committee and District Government and Chongqing Phoenix Lake Industrial Park, the "Sino-German Professional Technical Training Center" project was officially signed by Vocational Education Center of Yongchuan and Suzhou Elbe Education Technology Co., Ltd. in the first half of 2019. 

The center is oriented by the job demand of advanced enterprises in the surrounding industries and is positioned to train and export manufacturing technical backbone talents. The training center sets up two majors of "Numerical Control Technology" and "Mechatronics", and implements a small class system to focus on training with no more than 36 students in each class.

The training center has been equipped with 800 square meters of mechanical processing training workshop, 400 square meters of electromechanical training workshop, several multimedia integrated theory classrooms, 3 simulation computer room, and several electrical control training rooms, pneumatic Control the training room. The center currently has more than 80 machining equipment, including general lathe, general milling, drilling machine, number lathe, number milling and other equipment, nearly 200 computers, and several electrical and pneumatic equipment.

After a year of operation of the project, both the quality of teaching and the employment and internship of students have been significantly improved.

In terms of teaching, Sino-German Tiankun Yibei Education introduced the German "dual system" system and standards into the project. Both parties formulate teaching plans in accordance with the German "Framework Teaching Plan" and "Training Regulations", combined with the actual needs of local companies; construct training venues in strict accordance with German teaching requirements. At the same time, Sino-German Tiankun Yibei Education also provided teacher training, German teaching management system and evaluation system for the project to improve the teaching level and management level of the project.

In terms of teachers, the professional German foreign teachers and integrated trainers of Sino-German Tiankun Yibei Education and the outstanding backbone teachers of Yongchuan Vocational Education Center form a integrated teaching team of theory and practice, and provide high-standard and high-demand teaching and management. At the same time, we regularly invite experts/HRs from leading enterprises in the industry to give guidance on our talent training plan and to teach our students, striving to seamlessly connect talent output.

Internship

In terms of internship and employment, the training center has established talent training/export connections with nearly 100 companies since its establishment, including well-known German companies such as Siemens, EMAG, and Liebherr, and local listed companies such as Corson Technology.

After the establishment of the center, the first class of students (CNC technology 2018 level) recommended professional matching degree as high as 100%, all of them are in the field of CNC multi-axis machining/large gantry CNC machining. The average salary during the internship period is as high as 6000-7000 yuan per month. All cooperating companies reported good results and expressed their willingness to continue in-depth cooperation.

At present, the project has been recognized and supported by the leaders of Yongchuan District. On the basis of the school will be built in a different place, Sino-German Tiankun Yibei Education will expand the scale of cooperation with the school to better serve the local industry and economy.
